Terms of Service for the RoseSMP Webstore

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or making a purchase on the RoseSMP Network Webstore ("the Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Store.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Store. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you declare that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases. You are responsible for providing an accurate Minecraft username for yourself or any gift recipient. We are not liable for purchases delivered to an incorrect username provided by you.

3. Digital Goods & Purchases

All items sold on the Store, including ranks, cosmetics, and other perks ("Digital Goods"), are intangible digital products for use exclusively on the RoseSMP Minecraft server. They hold no real-world monetary value.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and strictly non-refundable. As our products are digital and instantly delivered, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with our payment processor (Stripe) will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from our Store and all associated RoseSMP Network services.

5. Gifting

You may purchase Digital Goods as a gift for another player. You are solely responsible for entering the recipient's Minecraft username correctly. We will not transfer items or issue refunds for gifts sent to the wrong player due to user error.

6. User-Generated Content (Custom Cosmetics)

For certain items, such as custom tags, you may provide your own text or other content ("User Content"). You agree not to submit any User Content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise violates our server rules. We reserve the absolute right to modify or remove any User Content that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion and without a refund.

7. Server Rules and Sanctions

Your ability to use purchased Digital Goods is contingent upon your adherence to the RoseSMP server rules. If you are banned from our Minecraft server for violating these rules, you may lose access to your purchased items for the duration of the ban. No refunds will be issued in such cases. We reserve the right to remove or revoke access to any Digital Goods if we suspect fraudulent activity related to your purchase.

8. Service Availability and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the RoseSMP server and its associated services at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Your purchase of Digital Goods is a payment for a virtual item license, not a guarantee of perpetual service. In the event of a server shutdown, no refunds will be issued for any purchased Digital Goods.

9. Limitation of Liability

The RoseSMP Network is not liable for any loss or damage, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Store or the Digital Goods purchased. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales to resolve any legal matter arising from these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when we do so. Your continued use of the Store after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
